Position Overview
We're seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/NP) to join our Family Medicine team. In this role, you'll manage the full range of patient needs across all ages — from diagnosis and treatment to chronic disease management and preventive care. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential to serving our patient population.
