Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Tucson, Arizona.

Annual earning potential of $180,000–$400,000
Guaranteed compensation during your first year
No production targets
Percentage-of-production compensation based on experience
Established, predominantly PPO patient base
Clinical autonomy and control over treatment planning
Access to in-house Board-Eligible and Board-Certified specialists

Modern dental technology, including 3D iTero scanners and lasers with in-house certification programs
Comprehensive marketing, patient flow, and administrative support
Experienced team of dental hygienists, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, practice managers, and specialists
