Option A
Schedule: Monday through Friday 2p-10p RN ONLY
Location/Setting: Home Environment in Downingtown
Age Range:  22
Acuity:  Chronic respiratory failure, obstructive sleep apnea 38$

Option B
Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tues, Th, Fr and Sat 8a-8p
Location/Setting: Home Environment in Coatesville, PA (19320)
Age Range: 19
Acuity:  CP, seizures, feeding tube

Option C
Schedule: M-Wed 5:30p-8:30a
Location/Setting:  Home Environment in Malvern, PA (19355)
Age Range:  Older teen
Acuity: Epilepsy, g-tube, chairbound

Option D
Schedule: Overnights, time TBD Wed-Sun
Location/Setting:  Home Environment in Coatesville
Age Range:  Older teen
Acuity: High tec

Option E

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8a-4p
Location/Setting:  Home Environment in Kennett Square
Age Range:  Toddler
Acuity: Liver disease, dysphagia

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
