Job Description

The Junior Product Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate product data, supporting system updates, and ensuring consistency across internal platforms and customer-facing sites. I deal for candidates with strong data entry, administrative, or operations experience who enjoy working with structured information, spreadsheets, and internal systems. This is a full-time, in-person position based in the office Monday through Friday. This role supports product setup, pricing updates, documentation, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers a strong foundation for growth into broader product or operational roles over time. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and validate product, pricing, and SKU data across internal systems and WRAP sites with a high level of accuracy Maintain and organize product specifications, pricing files, and documentation to ensure consistency across platforms Support product builds and updates by reviewing data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with requirements Perform regular audits to identify data discrepancies and correct errors Track, organize, and report on product performance data using spreadsheets and internal tools Assist with competitive research by gathering and summarizing data from external sources Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for the product and leadership teams Support new product launches by ensuring all product data and documentation are complete and accurate Collaborate with development, QA, marketing, production, and design teams to support product updates and maintain a consistent user experience Help manage timelines, documentation, and version control for product-related materials Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, product support, marketing, or a related role Experience working with internal systems, databases, or content management tools Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and data organization Proven ability to perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with strong accuracy Strong organizational skills and comfort working with structured data and repetitive tasks Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Interest in learning more about products, systems, and business processes over time Pay Rate: $22–$23 per hour, non-exempt position Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, in-person and on-site.
