SHOPLINE’s Sales team is growing!

As a Sales Engineer at SHOPLINE, you will provide pre-sales technical support and contribute to the success of our ecommerce - Retail services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business needs, and deliver technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Understand the business needs of our partners and sales team, and analyze requirements related to ecommerce - Retail services.
\n
• Provide pre-sales technical support, guiding partners and sales team members in understanding the functionality and structure of our services.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical specifications and make appropriate recommendations to meet customer requirements.
\n
• Attend customer meetings and deliver technical content and presentations to showcase our solutions effectively.
\n
• Verify and sign off on solution design, configuration, interoperability, and assess delivery costs for effective project execution.
\n
• Establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
\n
• Research and understand user needs, incorporating insights into the development of tailored solutions.
\n
• Stay updated on the competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving customer needs, aligning them with the company's mission and vision.
\n

We are looking for:

\n
• A passionate individual excited about driving business growth and contributing to a global platform.
\n
• University graduate with at least 3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the e-commerce/SAAS industry,
\n
• Strong knowledge of software programming languages is a must, enabling effective technical support.
\n
• Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach.
\n
• Structured thinking and exceptional technical writing skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
\n
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
\n
• Adaptive nature, capable of thriving in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.
\n
• High attention to detail, with excellent organization and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
\n
• Strong multitasking abilities, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks and prioritization based on importance.
\n
• Curiosity and genuine interest in technology and new product developments, staying abreast of industry advancements.
\n
• This position may require flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
